- The Assoluta Lavazza is a new espresso coffee bean machine at the lid
- You are optimized to work with Lavazza coffee, selected using the mobile application
- It is available to buy directly from Lavazza, and it is half a price with a subscription
The Italian Café Lavazza specialist has launched a new automatic espresso coffee machine that not only looks very good, but promises to get the best taste of their coffee automatically configuring their own configurations to adapt to their chosen beans.
The ASSOLUTA Lavazza is not the only machine that can adapt the preparation configuration to adapt to different beans (the de’lonchi bean adaptation technology works similarly), but the Assoluta is designed to function specifically with the Lavazza mixtures, which can select through the Mobile Piacere Lavazza application (available for iOS and Android).
Most of the coffee machine applications only offer maintenance tips (such as alerting it when it is time to run a disqualification program or change the water filter), but the Lavazza application allows you to scan the barcode in a bean bag, then use that information to adapt the infusion configuration.
The daily routine
Like De’lonchi machines, Assolut They should be easier, but I am interested in seeing the practice. (You can use other types of coffee, but Lavazza recommends keeping the best for the best results).
The Assoluta certainly seems the paper, with a compact chassis, brown coffee and clean lines that should be seen at home in a modern kitchen.
The Assoluta costs £ 699 (around $ 950 / au $ 1,400) and is available exclusively through the Lavazza website. If you want to deliver fresh coffee beans to your door, you can get a 50% discount on the machine when you subscribe to one of Lavazza’s coffee plans.
I will start trying the Lavazza Assoluta next week to see how you compare with your rivals, and if you can win a place in my guides the best coffee makers and the best express coffee machines.
