- People are writing messages to Sora’s development team in your image browser
- Applications are mainly asking for new characteristics or changes.
- Others are saying thanks for how fun they are having fun with the application.
One of my favorite things about Sora, the incredible generator of Operai’s videos, is that you can see what everyone else worldwide are doing with him. People generate fixed images and videos in Sora, and because you can see exactly what they are creating as a great gallery, you can take a look at what are the current trends of AI generation.
Of course, the tendency of the action figure in box remains strong, and before that were the Studio Gibli style images. But today I noticed that there are many appeals directly to developers that appear in the Sora image gallery.
These take the form of people holding notification boards with messages such as “Sora Team, we need a generation of images 16: 9!” And “Sora team, we need an independent application!”, Rendering new features, or protesting their image generation policies, hoping that the Sora team will see them.
It is quite fascinating to see how people have taken technology and have used it for something completely different from what it is designed to do.
Fortuitous innovation
I am sure that there must be a word to take a technology and use it unexpectedly for which it was not destined, but I cannot think what it is. The “fortuitous innovation” is quite close, as is “transorification”, but they are not entirely there.
Whatever the word, it is fascinating for me to see the innovative uses that people occurred to AI.
Of course, there is no evidence that the Sora team acts in any of these applications, but you must imagine that they are always attentive to what people are creating with their software, and will probably have some influence.
Access Sora
Sora works first creating an image from a notice, and then creating a video from a notice that is based on that image.
Sora is not an independent application (which is one of the things that people commonly request), there is only as an option within Chatgpt Plus and Chatgpt Pro on the web browser. When you click Sora, the entire interface changes and is in the generator video application.
If you click on the images, you can see all the images that people are creating, and if you click on one, you can see the real notice that used to create it.
This can really be useful when designing their own indications, or as people have recently discovered, if you want to try to make a message to developers request new functions.
