- According to reports, pilots ready for game 572: XX are causing problems in Inzoi and THE FIRST KISERK: Khazan games
- The problems seem to occur at GPU RTX 4000 and RTX 3000
- Game developers have advised the users of the GPU of the previous generation to use the driver’s version 566.36 instead
If it was no longer obvious enough, the recent Nvidia Ready game pilots have frustrated users with persistent black screens and performance problems: I have already suggested that the players remain away until a resolution is found. Now, it could be said that there is an even more reason to do so.
As reported by Wccftech, Inzoi and THE FIRST KISERK: Khazan Steam game developers advise GPU users of the RTX 4000 and RTX 3000 series to avoid 572: XX NVIDIA controllers due to performance problems that result in paintings and stutter falls. In Steam, both developers advise returning to version 566.36 of the driver if the problems with the new controllers persist.
This comes after several complaints from users were installed with the new controllers, many of whom have had black screens when installing or starting in Windows 11. More importantly, here, it is the performance in these games that has expressed concerns of developers, which is a surprise, to say the least.
It does not help that the latest version of the driver 572.83 offers DLSS 4 support for both games, so players will not be able to get their best using the new Team Green technology for a better image quality using the new Super Resolution transformer model.
Apparently, the users of the NVIDIA RTX 5000 series are clear: both notes of the game developers suggest that users of the RTX 5000 series should continue with the last driver, so he raises the question. Could the Blackwell GPU alignment be the guilty of the recent game pilot haccups?
This seems to happen with each new launch of the GPU alignment …
I remember buying an RTX 3080 TI closer to the launch of the NVIDIA RTX 4000 series, and I remember that its new drivers who lead to some performance problems at that time. With the new Blackwell alignment, it seems that this could be a pattern with each new GPU alignment.
Now, before continuing, I must mention that this is purely speculative, but I think that driver’s problems can come from the support for the RTX 5000 series GPUs. The problems seem to have started from the first version of the controller for the RTX 5090 and RTX 5080, which also added DLSS 4 support for all the RTX GPUs, and the current problems are significantly affecting the previous GPUs.
It is difficult to believe that it is a coincidence to see that the errors that almost break the system suddenly arise at the time a new GPU alignment arrives. We have communicated with Nvidia for a comment about the driver’s concerns, but we have not yet received a response from them. So, as I mentioned before, just stay with a stable controller for now, or return to an earlier version if you have already installed a 572 controller.
