Sony has launched the Xperia 1 VII intelligent phone, bringing a series of hardware and software updates to the telephone center focused on the creator of the company.
The Japanese technological giant is anxious to emphasize the incorporation of technologies of its various technological brands in the new phone, specifically Alfa brand photography tools, Bravia screen technology and Walkman brand audio.
It is good to know that Sony has thrown all the weight of its technological talent in the Xperia 1 VII, especially considering that the phone is not cheaper than its predecessors: with £ 1,399, it is one of the most expensive flagship ships in the market.
In addition to wearing the Snapdragon 8, 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB storage chipset, the telephone holder hardware features include a new ultra wide camera, an improved headphones connector and an improved display calibration.
Sony has given the Xperia 1 VII a new 48MP Ultra Chamber with a 1/1.56 -inch sensor, compared to a 12MP 1/2.5 inches in the previous generation Xperia 1 VI.
On the official Xperia 1 VII product page, Sony states that the new Ultra Wide Chamber can achieve “clear night shots equivalent to Frame cameras during size”, and although a larger sensor should increase the performance of little light, this statement seems doubtful since the full frame sensors are more than twice the size of the Xperia 1 VII ultra sensor.
This new ultra wide is together with two cameras that are carried out from the Xperia 1 VI last year, a main camera of 48mp and a 12MP teleobjective camera with continuous zoom 3.5x-7.1x. The camera system is controlled by a dedicated shutter button with a medium presence approach, as well as the previous iterations.
As mentioned, the Xperia 1 VII is one of the only phones in the market that still has a headphones, an elegant feature for a more civilized age. The telephone has inherited components of the Sony Walkman players line to improve cable audio quality, while DSEE Ultimate Processing can add clarity to compressed audio transmissions.
And in collaboration with Sony Bravia, a light sensor has been added to the back of the phone to help with the brightness and color calibration in interior and exterior conditions.
Larger steps have been taken on the software side: Xperia 1 VII is the launch of Xperia’s intelligence, a set of subtle and subtle tools focused on photography and cinema.
For example, the camera’s work tool AI helps maintain stable video images, while the Auta automatic framing tool maintains a human subject in the center of the shot. This automatic framing tool also allows users to film a second foreground vertical video of this topic while filming a wider horizontal shot.
The phone also comes with Google Gemini installed, with access to tools such as Circle to Search.
The Sony Xperia 1 VII is now in three colors: moss green, black slate and the striking orchid purple option. It is likely to exceed our list of the best Sony phones, but let us know if you think this £ 1,399 will be worth its high price in the comments below.
