- This wireless game headset has a game of impressive features and an excellent microphone

The Logitech G Game Accessories brand has announced the Speed Lightch Lightch Lightch G522, a new wireless game headset intended to replace the popular Speed Lightch Lightch G733.
The G522 Lightspeed presents redesigned headphones, with a wider shape and an additional layer of memory foam for greater comfort. It has a light and adjustable fabric headband, which now rests flatter than its predecessor and has incorporated ridges for better cooling.
The exterior of each headphone cup has four striking customizable RGB lighting areas, which can be adjusted to the color of their choice in the logitech G hub desktop software. It is also compatible with the logitech G. mobile application.
Under the hood, the headset is packing the 40 mm logitech G g of logitech G with 24-bit signal / 48 kHz signal processing for greater audio clarity and details.
The headset is included with a removable omnidirectional microphone, which offers an impressive bandwidth of 16 bits / 48 kHz. It is the same microphone that is in the excellent, but much more expensive, Astro A50 X, which impressed with its crystalline recordings in my practical tests.
In the Lightch G522 light speed, the microphone has the additional benefit of a built -in red LED indicator that is illuminated when silenced.
As its name would suggest, the headphones can connect to PC or PlayStation 5 through the Lightspeed wireless dongle of Logitech (included in the box), but also admits traditional bluetooth for the aforementioned platforms in addition to Nintendo Switch and Mobile. There is also the option for cable game through its USB type C. connector
Logitech claims up to 40 hours of battery with the predetermined lighting on, or up to 90 hours with ATS dispability, which is a fairly impressive figure. They are not up to 200 hours promised by Hyperx Cloud III S competition, but it is still a juice more than enough for a few weeks of intense games sessions.
The Logitech G522 Lightspeed reaches the shelves on June 16 in combinations of black or black colors. It costs $ 179 / £ 139.99 / AU $ 299.95, placing it in the medium range pricing support.
Its set of expansive characteristics seems very promising, but only time will say if it becomes one of the best headphones for PC games or the best PS5 headphones.
