The Office of the Governor of California, Gavin Newsom, illuminated with the Secretary of Education of the United States, Linda McMahon, announcing that the State had violated title IX by allowing trans athletes to compete in girls sports with a controversial publication on social networks on Wednesday.
Only a few hours after McMahon’s announcement of the rapes and a 10 -day ultimatum for the state to amend its policies, the Newsom Press office account made fun of McMahon with an old clip that she was stunned during a WWE sketch.

McMahon, like the wife of WWE Founder Vince McMahon, has been very involved in the wrestling entertainment product for decades. He even directed the WWE organization as CEO.
However, the Newsom office that caused the title IX violation announcement with a McMahon WWE past clip caused a serious reaction.
Many critics pointed out that clips represent a man who physically dominates a woman, who often focuses as one of the most common arguments against allowing biological men to compete in girls and women’s sports.
“So, a man easily destroying a woman is how you want to convey that boys belong to girls’ sports?” An X user wrote.
Another critical user wrote: “Thank you for demonstrating our point. Men are stronger than women. I can’t believe that you really have published this sample of male violence.”
Several activists and rights groups of prominent women made separate positions that spoke against Newsom’s office about the joke.

McMahon said in an appearance in “Fox and friends” On Wednesday that California would be at risk of losing his federal funds for his K-12 schools if the requirements are not met.
A press release from the United States Department of Education establishes that the Sports League of the High School of California, the CIF and the Department of Education of California (CDE) have 10 days to amend their policy or risk reference to the United States Department of Justice.
Newsom responded to the Department of Education later on Wednesday.
“It would not be a day that ends in ‘and’ without the Trump administration threatening to defuse California. Now the secretary McMahon confuses the government with his days of WrestleMania: dramatic, false and completely divorced from reality. This will not stay”, “said Newsom spokesperson, Izzy Gardon Gardon Digital.
The CIF said he did not comment on legal matters.
“The California Department of Education believes that all students should have the opportunity to learn and play at school, and we have constantly applied the existing law in support of students’ rights to do so,” said Liz Sanders, communications director of the Department of Education of California, to Pak Gazette Digital.
Newsom before spoken of transgender participation In Girls Sports in March with the prominent conservative Charlie Kirk.
“The young man who is about to win the state championship in the length jump in women’s sports, that should not happen,” Kirk said. “You, as governor, should leave and say no. Would you do something like that? Would you say that there are no men in female sports?”
“I think it’s a problem of justice. I completely agree with you on that. It is an equity problem, it is deeply unfair,” Newsom told Kirk. “I am not struggling with the problem of justice. I totally agree with you.”
Kirk pressed Newsom about whether he would condemn the athlete in question from Jurupa Valley High School after the athlete won another event at that time. Newsom did not directly approach the victory, but said: “It is a problem of equity.”
“So, it’s easy to call that,” he said. “There is also humility and grace … it is more likely that these poor people commit suicide, have anxiety and depression. And the way people speak to vulnerable communities is a problem with which it also happens to me.
“So, both things that I can sustain in my hand. How can we address this problem with the type of decency that I think, you know, it is inherent to you but not always expressed on the subject?”
