- The filtered images apparently show the rumored final design of DJI Mavic 4 Pro
- The camera module seems able to lean much more than Mavic 3 Pro’s
- There is no visible lidar module, but propellers are more aerodynamics than Mavic 3 Pro’s
A new filtered image suggests that the launch of the DJI Mavic 4 Pro may not be too far. DJI has not yet caused or confirms anything about its strongly rumored replacement for the Mavic 3 Pro of 2023, but a rendering and clear crispy shared by the Jasper Ellens series filter in its Dronexl site looks very convincing.
The image seems to be a final design render of the type used by DJI for promotional purposes. If that is true (and there is always the possibility that it is an intelligent model made by a fan), then it could insinuate the release date that the drone is imminent. Dronexl suggests that on April 20, 2025 it could be the big day, and if that is the case, we can expect more leaks in the coming weeks, including the possible details of the specifications and capabilities of Mavic 4 Pro.
Despite its clarity, this image does not tell us much that we no longer knew about previous leaks, although it seems to show a re -elaborated propeller design that is more aerodynamic than the oldest model. That could mean a quieter operation and a longer flight time, with 50 minutes of battery insinuated by previous leaks. Accessories also seem to present an easy -to -release disk on each one, which can be used to improve air flow while helping to prevent rain and dust from entering engines.
Inclined
As seen above, the Triple Chamber Module of Mavic 4 Pro (which, like Mavic 3 Pro includes the Hasselblad brand) seems to be physically larger and more bulbous than that of its predecessor.
The increase in size could point to a better image quality through larger sensors or lenses, while the fact that it stands out more prominently in its cardan support could allow it a greater range of movement. Some Mavic 3 Pro users have found their slightly limiting cardan range, so this could be the way to improve DJI’s things.
Another escape from Ellens seems to confirm the additional movement range. In X (previously Twitter), he shared a video that apparently demonstrates that the Mavic 4 Pro camera module may lean far beyond the Mavic 3 Pro. It also says that the camera can record vertical video.
The new video confirms that the #Mavic4Pro camera will shoot #verical and will go beyond 90 degrees. In addition, the inclination of the camera will become a step as far as the oldest mavic3. Ah, and I put some high resolution photos at the end in the article. Cheers! Https: //t.co/omhllebw3tMarch 5, 2025
Where is the Lidar module hides?
We are excited about the perspective of improved camera performance, since the Mavic 3 Pro, which has a four -thirds sensor camera of 24 mm/20mp, a 3x telephoto camera with a 1/1.3 -inch sensor and a 7x telephoto camera with 1/2 -inch sensor, it is currently like our favorite premium camera drone.
Nor are there signs of the lidar module very fallen in the new filtered image, although Dronexl believes that he is there, only hidden behind the propeller in the left arm of the drone due to the angle of the shot. That makes sense, since Lidar is among the characteristics in the DJI Air 3 of middle range launched the past fall. If the average range model has it, surely it tracks that the flagship would also do it?
Wait for listening more about the DJI Mavic 4 Pro in the period prior to its non -confirmed launch date. If it is April 20, 2025, as rumors suggest, they are likely to have more speculation (and specifications) to share with you soon.
