- The software update is based on Android 16
- A new career coach function could be included
While Samsung has pushed the masses that Samsung has pushed the masses, it seems that an UI 8 will follow it shortly, and the software update could well come with a new coach function in execution included.
As seen by Tipster @tarunvats33 (through Android Central), a message sent through the application of Samsung members on Galaxy devices, instructions to join the Beta One UI 8 program, which suggests that it will open in the near future.
A UI 8 is the Samsung version of Android 16, and makes sense that Samsung tries to approach as much as possible to the Google software update cycle. Google has hinted at a June launch for Android 16, with rumors that point to Tuesday, June 3 as the big day.
Samsung has not said anything officially about dates or availability, but it seems likely that the Samsung Galaxy S25 series will be the first eligible devices to register in the beta program, for those who wish to try it before the complete launch.

As the Beta One UI 8 program approaches the opening, we also have a advice on a new coaches executing function, which was seen by @gerwinvgiessen (through Sammobile). It is possible that the function is part of the Samsung Health application or an independent application.
According to screenshots published on social networks, the coach uses the tracking capabilities of his phone or smart watch to analyze his current level of execution, and then makes personalized recommendations on improvements.
“Executing the coach uses ‘level’ evaluations to determine their physical condition level and adjust your execution program accordingly,” says one of the information screens. “This helps track your progress and maintain the risk of low injuries as your physical condition gradually improves.”
There has been no announcement about any of this Samsung, but we could get one in July at some point: it is when the Samsung Galaxy Z fold 7 and Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 are expected, and it is rumored that they will come with an UI 8 on board.
