Armed hand robberies continue incessantly in the city, and the police apparently cannot contain the increase in violence. In the last five days, three people, including a child, have been killed by thieves in the Korangi district.

In Karachi, two citizens were shot dead in eight hours while resisted robbery attempts. So far this year, 46 citizens have lost their lives in such incidents.

On Monday a fatal robbery took place within the jurisdiction of the Awami Colonia Police Station. Two unidentified thieves on foot tried to snatch a 30 -year -old Hafiz Faisal motorcycle, who resisted.

The assailants shot him several times and fled with his belongings. Gastrado wounded, Faisal succumbed to his wounds at the Jinnah hospital. At the time of the incident, he was on his way to pick up his school’s nephew.

Meanwhile, another young man was killed during a robbery near the disco of the city of Orangi. Two armed thieves entered an ice cream shop and fresh juice. A merchant opened fire, killing one of the thieves. His accomplice managed to flee unharmed.

However, the 20 -year -old ABID store employee was beaten during crossfire and succumbed to his wounds at the Abbasi Shaheed hospital. He had arrived in Karachi only 15 days ago in search of work.
