Noor Zaman and Nasir Iqbal of Pakistan are about to compete in the final of the 2025 Asian double doubles Squash Championship, after ensuring a very close victory over Malaysia in the semifinals.
The duo will face the best -sown Indian couple, Abhay Singh and Velavan senthilkumar, in the high -risk final on Thursday.
Zaman and Iqbal opened their way to the final with a tense 2-1 victory over Syafiq Kamal and Duncan Lee de Malaysia.
The game, which lasted an hour and eight minutes, saw the paquistani couple win with scores of 10-11, 11-9 and 11-9.
His victory occurred after an exciting contest that captivated the crowd in the Sher-E-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Kuala Lumpur.

Early in the day, Singh and Fishilkumar secured their place in the final after defeating Muhammad As As and Farhan Mehboob in straight sets, further intensifying the rivalry between the two nations.
With the two upper seeds prepared, the stage is ready for an exciting confrontation in the final.
Zaman and Iqbal, sown second in the competition, have been in an impressive way throughout the tournament.
His trip to the final included an exciting quarterfinal victory over Jiang Min Ryu and Jaijin Yoo de Korea, as well as dominant performances in the group stage, where they obtained victories over the Philippines and South Korea.
Zaman, the current U-23 world champion, had also competed in the Individual Asian Squash Championship earlier this month, but was eliminated in the quarterfinals by Joachim Chuah in Malaysia in a battle of five games.
