Mike Vratabel, who played the New England Patriots supporter for eight seasons and won three Super Bowls with the team, has the task of changing the franchise once proud.
But the attention of the chief coach of the first -year Patriots recently addressed a journalist who raised a question about the availability of the star receiver Stefon Diggs for the first game of the team season. Vrabel disagreed with the interrogation line.
“Did you really believe that, Phil?” Vratabel replied when asked about Diggs. “You’re an intelligent guy. I don’t know where you went to school. It wasn’t the state of Ohio. Do you really think Phil, or are you just trying to get hooked on something?”

Diggs appeared in eight games with the Houston Texans last season and broke an ACL during a game in October. Recently he received medical authorization to return to practice.
However, the four times PRO Bowler was not in uniform for Saturday’s preseason match against the Minnesota Vikings. He also sat in the first preseason game last week due to what was described as a “coach’s decision.”

Vrabel said the team is adopting an approach to wait and see for week 1.
“I don’t know the context of the one who said it. You would have to help me. It has been here almost every day. I am excited where it is, and we will see when the week 1 comes,” said Vrabel.

Diggs was not a commitment when asked earlier this week if he would adapt on September 7.
“We’ll see. Everyone is excited, man. I’m just taking it every day. I feel great,” Diggs said during a sitting in the “Scoop City” podcast.

Diggs suggested that the Patriots coaching staff was not optimistic about the possibility of taking the field when the team opens its season against the Las Vegas Raiders.
“I mean, I’m always pushing the needle,” Diggs said. “I’m always doing more than less, and we’ll see about week 1. I don’t know how I feel about it. We’ll see. The coaches are not too excited. I’m not too excited. I’m just trying to take it day by day, so we’ll see. We just don’t know where you are going.”
Diggs agreed a three -year agreement with the Patriots in March. He recorded at least 1,000 reception yards in six consecutive seasons before his career shortened by injuries with the Texans.
