The PPP Farilized Terms The work channels stop the victory for the National Unit

Karachi:

The senior leader of PPP, Faryal Talpur, declared the suspension of work in new channels and the call for the meeting of the Common Interests Council (CCI) as a victory for national unity, constitutional supremacy and the struggle of the people of Sindh.

“Today is a triumph day for the Federal Unit of Pakistan, the supremacy of the Constitution and the rights of farmers,” Tapur said in a statement.

He pointed out that the leadership of Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and the peaceful protest of the people of Sindh have shown that when the position is fair and the intention is pure, the government is obliged to listen to people.

Talpur called the announcement of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif to stop work in new channels and the decision to convene the CCI meeting on May 2, a wise and prudent step.

“The Prime Minister’s position is a positive movement towards the strengthening of democratic traditions, recognizing the provincial autonomy and the empowerment of constitutional institutions,” he said.
