Peshawar:
The initial investigations on the MI-17 helicopter accident of the Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa government in the Mohmand district have revealed that the plane fell due to the dense fog and the bad climatic conditions in Pindiali Tehsil, the authorities confirmed on Saturday.
A special federal research team visited the remote and mountainous site of accidents, located at an altitude of 7,500 to 8,000 feet, as part of the efforts to determine the cause of the disaster.
According to Express News, the Air Security Research Board team traveled three hours to get to the place and used drone cameras in an attempt to recover the black box of the helicopter and other key tests.
