The Republicans won the baseball game of Congress for the fifth consecutive year, defeating the Democrats, 13-2, in the National Park in Washington on Wednesday.
All Republicans wore the same red uniforms with magic hats, while the Democrats wore different t -shirts and hats.
The representative Greg Steube, R-Fla., Released five entries so that the Republican party obtained the victory, renouncing two races with seven strikeouts.

Steunebe faced problems in the first entrance when the Democrats loaded the bases with two outs. But a diving play by representative August Pfluger, a Texas Republican, in the third base ended the entrance when he supported to prevent a beaten ball from leaving the infield and then immersed at the base with his glove to leave.

However, the Republicans opened the game in the fourth entrance when they scored five races to take a 10-2 advantage.

Representative Marlin Stutzman, Republican of Indians, broke Trump’s dance when he apparently put the game out of the reach of the Democrats with a double of two races in the fifth entrance.

In the sixth entrance, the Republican party added two more races in a double.
Senator Joni Earnst, Republican from Iowa, then entered the game as a pinch broker to be the first woman playing in the game. Ernst then came to score to play 13-2.

The Republicans have now won the last five baseball games of Congress, with four summaries in a row. The Republican match won the 20-11 game of 2024; in 2023 for a score of 16-6; and 2022 with a battle of 10-0. The current winning streak of the Republican Party began with a close 13-12 victory in 2021 when the game returned after a one-year parenthesis due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Before that, the Democrats won 10 of 11.
This year’s Congress baseball set raised a $ 2.75 million record for charity.
