The power rings Season 3 is officially in development at Amazon MGM Studios, and the main photography will begin this spring (that is autumn for readers of the southern hemisphere).
In one of the most amazing revelations of 2025 so far, the original television television is ready to offer more emotions and spills of high fantasy in another delivery. The announcement, made today (February 13), confirms that Amazon is advancing with a third chapter of its Lord of the Rings Prequel series but, honestly, the renewal of the program has been an inevitable conclusion for some time.
Six months have passed since The power rings Season 2 debuted on our screens, so some spectators could have begun to worry that the most face of Prime Video becomes the last program that was canceled before its time. However, when talking to me before the launch of season 2, the JD Payne and Patrick McKay shows told me that “they were already working” in season 3, so I was always convinced that I would return.

However, the confidence shown by Payne and McKay during our conversation, along with the amount of script work that takes place half a year ago, means that another trip to the Middle Earth was much more likely not.

While there were no cast ads, newcomers or other, Amazon confirmed that the probable delivery of eight episodes next season will be directed by three directors. Charlotte Brändström and Samaa Hamri, who supervised multiple episodes for season 2, return as part of the film team. They will join Stefan Schwartz, a movie and television veteran whose loans include Luther, Fear The Walking Deadand My Lady Jane. As I mentioned, the filming will begin sooner rather than later, and, like season 2, it will be filmed at the Shepperton Amazon studies in the United Kingdom.
