- A Tipster has affirmed that the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra can come with shrunk bevels
- This could allow a 7 -inch screen in the rumored flagship phone
- The Tipster also suggests that the Galaxy S26 Ultra will not obtain a low exhibition camera
It has already been an occupied year for Samsung, with the launch of the Samsung Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25 Plus and Galaxy S25 ultra flagship, a renewed line of medium range phones and the revelation of the Galaxy S25 s25 edge still mysterious.
However, that does not stop speculation about the future of Samsung’s mobile portfolio, not less important with respect to the rumored highest level model next year, the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra. In fact, a new rumor suggests that one of the most impressive aspects of the Galaxy S25 Ultra could be improving even more with its next iteration.
According to Tipster Pandaflash, the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra could present even more thin bezels than its current generation counterpart. The Samsung Galaxy S25 ultra beels were already visibly reduced from the Ultra Galaxy S24, allowing the newest phone to reach a 6.9 -inch screen size without a notable change to its general dimensions.
If Samsung can achieve a similar improvement this year, the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra could be the first modern flagship telephone to present a 7 -inch screen.
As Sammyfans points out, Pandaflash hinted at the reduction of bevel in the response section of a publication on the rumored Selfie Chamber of the Galaxy S26.
Although other rumors had pointed out the possibility of a low exhibition chamber (UDC) for the Galaxy S26 Ultra, Pandaflash seems inflexible that this will not happen.
As the publication points out (and our review of Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6), a UDC cannot offer the same performance as a regular hole selfie camera, which is as good as any other reason to wait in the implementation of one.
Pandaflash did not offer much in terms of context or sources for these statements: we have informed about their advice before during the construction of the launch of Galaxy S25 Ultra, but they were not in the money. It is worth taking these new rumors with a healthy fact of skepticism.
Said all this, there is nothing too extravagant in suggesting that Samsung can reduce the Bevels of the Galaxy S26 Ultra and fit it with a regular selfie camera, we are not talking about a drastic redesign or an internal review here, and it is likely to be one of the best Samsung phones in the launch.
What would you like to see the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra? Would it be a thinner bezel a sufficient reason to update? Let us know in the comments.
