A school district administrator was seen in Texas encouraging parents to make false changes in the birth certificate of their children to qualify to play in girls’ sports as a biological man, according to a recently published video.
The footage shows a man, supposedly Reny Lizardo, who serves as executive director of Operations of the Campus for the Irving Independent School District, tells an undercover journalist that “it is not illegal if he is not caught up” regarding the doctor of a child.
