- Adobe launches six new artificial intelligence agents through customer service, products and data

Adobe has made its AI agent technology generally available in an attempt to help workers build, deliver and optimize customer experiences and marketing campaigns.
The agent platform promises context actions and multiple steps, response refinement and workflows promoted by the ROI thanks to its bases of the AEP agent orchestrator, which means that companies can adapt to AI to their own unique objectives.
Adobe expects technology to be a great success, with more than 70% of AEP customers who already use the AI assistant conversation interface: an additional automation layer will only serve to increase the output even more.
Adobe AI agents arrived on the market
Since the launch, the technological giant has selected a series of reset agents to use within its applications, including: audience agent (customization initiatives for audience optimization); Travel agent (design and optimize the trips of multichannel customers); Experimentation agent (analyze experiments and predict conversions); Data information agent (to forecast and visualize ideas); Site optimization agent (to monitor websites, indicator performance problems and attend corrections); and product support agent (to rationalize customer service).
Companies that need more agentic AI can continue and configure their own within the brand’s guidelines and policies through the agents composer of the experience platform, “soon.”
The news occurs after Adobe first announced its orchestrador of the experience platform at its annual summit even in March 2025, positioning it has a center to connect data, workflow and ecosystems of the third parties.
“Our agent’s innovations are raising the orchestration of customer experience by reinventing processes, unlocking productivity for marketing equipment and delivering personalized experiences on scale to boost growth,” said Adobe Experience Engineering Anjul Bhambhri SVP.
Adobe also promises to work with Cognizant, Google Cloud, Havas, Medallia, Omnicom, PWC and VML so that its AI agents are more powerful on multiple platforms.
