The rumors were true! Epic Games has confirmed that The Simpsons is officially coming to fortnite for the first time as the game’s annual Fortnitemares Halloween event comes to a close.
In a post shared on X/Twitter, Epic Games shared a new artwork showing the leaked crossover. fortnite Jonesy and Hope take on The Simpsons’ alien invaders, Kang and Kodos, in the iconic art style of the long-running television show.
The Fortnite account header image also appears to have been vandalized with graffiti by Bart Simpson, suggesting that the character will also appear in the new mini-season.
But when can players expect to play the new collaboration? fortnite Chapter 6 Season 4 will end on November 1, the same day The Simpsons miniseason apparently begins.
“Kang and Kodos have come to Fortnite with a message for all of you humans, be sure to tune in to the game on November 1 at 11 a.m. ET,” Epic Games said.
The official Simpsons Instagram account also shared a video showing off the mini-season, showing Kang and Kodos turning the Fortnite character Fishtick into a plate of fish sticks before kidnapping Jonesy and Hope.
If you log into Fortnite Battle Royale currently, you’ll notice Kang and Kodos flying in their UFO next to the battle bus at the start of matches. You can see what this looks like in the image below:
There are still a few days left fortnite Shock ‘N Awesome concludes, as does its Halloween event, Fortnitemares, which added Scooby Doo and the gang, real-life pop star Doja Cat, and a slew of horror icons like Ghostface, Jason Voorhees, and more.
