The Sindh government launches the employment portal to provide employment opportunities

The Sindh government has launched a work portal aimed at providing employment opportunities to citizens. The portal will have work listings from government organizations and the private sector.

The launch ceremony was attended by Sindh’s prime minister, Syed Murad Ali Shah, the president of the Popular Party of Pakistan (PPP), Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, the senior provincial minister Sharjeel Inam Memon, the leaders of the business community and a large number of key figures, said Express News.

Speaking at the event, Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon emphasized that 65% of Pakistan’s population is young, and the portal has been created to meet their employment needs.

He pointed out that the portal allows educated persons and qualified workers to raise their CV.

Memon added that the portal would not only offer government opportunities, but also connect employment applicants with private sector employers.

He mentioned that many young people aspire to government work, but projects such as the popular housing scheme are also creating qualified job opportunities for people.

Efforts to serve the people of Sindh, says Sindh’s Prime Minister

Sindh’s prime minister Syed Murad Ali Shah, in his speech in the event, declared that they have launched the work portal today. The portal will allow young people in the province to register. He stressed that when opportunities and talent join, the province will progress. He urged employment applicants and employers to register as much as possible.

He mentioned that work ads for grades 1 to 4 will also be published in this portal. Jobs for degrees 5 to 15 will be provided through the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), ensuring transparency in the recruitment process.

He also announced that temporal works will be linked to this system. Efforts will be made to promote the work portal to encourage more people to register.

Murad Ali Shah also said that, as always, the party of the Peoples of Pakistan (PPP) has become the largest match in the province. He expressed his commitment to further serve the people of Sindh. The people of this province have faced serious difficulties due to floods.

In line with the vision of Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, a project for 2.1 million houses has been planned, and more than 800,000 homes have already been built. He commented that if the houses built for the victims of the floods were considered as a country, it would be larger than 800 countries in the world.
