Nyse Arca, which is part of the New York Stock Exchange, has submitted documents before the Bag and Securities Commission (SEC) to launch a fund issued by the Media Company of the US President, Social Social Truth.
On Tuesday, the exchange presented a 19B-4 document to the SEC for a fund that would track the price of Bitcoin
Similar to the existing stock -listed funds (ETFs).
The presentation was made on behalf of the Crypt Yorkville America Digital Asset Manager, who is a Trump Media & Technology Group, owner of Truth Social.
The custodian of the background, if approved, would be Foris Dax Trust Company, which also serves as custodian of Crypto.com assets.
Self-regulatory organizations (SRO) must present a 19B-4 presentation to propose a rule change. A second issuer document is also required, called S-1, so that the proposal is official.
The background would be negotiated under the name of the Bitcoin ETF social truth, according to the presentation.
