Dera Ismael Khan/Peshawar:
The three terrorists of Tehreek-E-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) killed in Dera Ismael Khan included a son of the Vice Governor of the province of Badghis of Afghanistan on Thursday, the sources revealed on Friday.
The sources confirmed that Badar Uddin, also known as Yousuf, was killed along with members of the Gandapur group in Di Khan. He was the son of Maulvi Ghulam Muhammad, the vice governor of the province of Badghis.
The 55 -year -old vice governor is a PashtĂșn from the Ghormach district and has 11 children of his three wives. According to the sources, the Afghan territory was being used for terrorism in Pakistan, and the death of the Afghan official’s son along with TTP’s terrorists served as evidence that supported Pakistan’s position.
The sources said Afghanistan was providing training, weapons and safe shelters to the TTP and other terrorist groups. This, they argued, was a clear example of terrorism sponsored by the State that could not be tolerated.
The participation of the son of the attached governor in terrorism and his death along with the TTP terrorists had been seen as an undeniable proof of Afghanistan’s role in cross -border terrorism. The sources emphasized that terrorist groups in Afghanistan represented a threat not only for Pakistan but also for the entire region. Pakistan has promised to respond decisively to any aggression originated from Afghanistan.
