According to a regulatory presentation on Monday morning, the company bought the additional bitcoin for $ 285.8 million, at an average price of $ 82,618 per BTC.
In total, the strategy now has 531,644 BTC, acquired for $ 35.92 billion cumulative, at an average cost of $ 67,556 per Bitcoin.
The last acquisition was financed through the sale of common shares.
MSTR shares increase 1% in trade prior to the market, tracking Bitcoin’s constant price above $ 84,000.
