Islamabad:
The Pakistan Supreme Court issued a notification on Wednesday to temporarily suspend the rules to increase judicial fees and values.
The notification issued by the Supreme Court establishes that the court fees are suspended under the rules of Supreme Court 2025.
Judicial fees and values rates will remain according to the 1980 rules.
It should be noted that in a complete judicial meeting chaired by the president of the Supreme Court of Pakistan Yahya Afridi, it was decided to temporarily postpone the rules to increase judicial fees and values, and decided to consult with the interested parties.
