“I just woke up and my phone was exploding. I was impressed,” White said.
As stunned as White was, he said that his children also took it hard.
“I was actually surprised how impacted my children. My children used to see him on social networks. My daughter is 19 years old, she is in college and they have destroyed her in recent days. You have to feel horrible for her family. It’s crazy,” White said.

“The fact that it happened during what was known, which was only peaceful debate and conversation, which was a pillar of American virtue,” Paul added. “This country was based on people who talk and talk to people, maybe it does not always agree and, hopefully, reach a resolution, or even if not, saying that respectfully. But that is many times how progress is made.”
“When you can’t talk, shoot and go to violence is so pathetic,” Paul continued. “It’s so weak, and I think it’s totally against everything that is America.”
White replied: “That is what happens with people who are not intelligent enough to discuss.”
Paul also said that “he really respected” Kirk for “his ability to enter a room and be the person who said he was.”
