The United Kingdom Government has introduced a new “world leader cyber security standard” that hopes to help protect its increasingly important digital economy.
The new ‘Practice Code’ aims to provide public services and companies with the “confidence they need to take advantage of AI’s transformative potential.” It is a voluntary structure and includes principles such as ensuring its supply chain, monitoring system behavior and evaluating and administering threats and risks to AI systems.
