The WNBA star, Dijonai Carrington, caused some controversy before her game without equal Friday night due to her selection of attire prior to the game.
Carrington was seen walking towards Wayfair Arena in Miami, Florida, with a sweatshirt with rapper YG on the front with the name of his old 2016 tour: “The F – Donald Trump tour”.
The message, written in red letters with the rapper in the background turning the middle finger, was clear when Carrington stopped to pose for a photo.

Carrington, whose page X around the elections showed Pro-Kamala Harris messages, seems to make it clear how he feels about President Trump with his choice of attire.
Carrington is part of the new unparalleled league 3 against 3, which plays for the fog, which is one of the six clubs within the organization co -founded by its fellow stars of the WNBA Breanna Stewart and Napheesa Collier.

Carrington was named the most improved WNBA player during the 2024 season, receiving 28 of the 67 votes of a national media panel after registering career maximums in points (12.7), rebounds (5.0) and assists (1.6).
But the 2024 season did not arrive without some controversy on the court for Carrington, who was accused of deliberately pushing the fever of Indiana, Caitlin Clark, the new superstar and rookie of the year of the WNBA, in the eyes during a game.

Carrington begged his innocence after the incident.
“I don’t even know why I intend to hit anyone in the eye,” he said. “That doesn’t even make sense to me.”
Clark also minimized the situation when asked, saying that “it was not intentional in any way.”
Carrington was no longer in the good thanks of fever fans, since he caused them by publishing a tweet at the end of August, which said: “Indiana’s fever has the most unpleasant fans in the W. EW.” The striking incident occurred during game 1 of the WNBA playoffs confrontation between Carrington’s Connecticut Sun and Clark fever.
