If the New York Yankees played a clean defense in the World Series, there is a very decent possibility that they have addressed Los Angeles with an advantage of the 3-2 series.
But, they lost games 1 and 5 to part of Poor Fielding, and therefore, the Los Angeles Dodgers were champions, winning the autumn classic in the Bronx.
After winning everything, many members of the Dodgers rushed to remember everyone how they did it, taking advantage of the mistakes of the Yankees (and the Cure Fat Joe).

It was even reported that the Dodgers studied defensive and Yankees deficiencies on the way to their 4-1 series victory.
Well, the Yankees have had time to dissect those comments, and with the pitchers and receptors who informed spring training on Tuesday, manager Aaron Boone was asked about the comments.
He admitted that his players took the comments personally, but the Dodgers had the right to say “what they want as a champion.”

“I didn’t like it … I’m not going to lie and say that I liked it, and I hope we are in a position to be where they were. They are the champions, and the reality is that they have the right to say what they want as a champion.
He added to journalists in Tampa that the Yankees “did not play the best of that series, and won.”
To worsen things, the Yanks lost Juan Soto with their rival crossown mets in free agency, although it is not exactly the elite with the glove.

But they turned quite well signing the candidate of the Cy Young Max Fried and the MVP of 2022 NL Paul Goldschmidt while trading for the dominant Closer Devin Williams and Cody Bellinger, who was the MVP of the National League of the 2019 season.
