- The Aoostar G-Flip 370 will be launched to “mid-March” 2025
- It has an AMD Ryzen 9 HX 370 APU and a 580P 580P FLIPP-UP screen
- No prices have been announced, but it is expected to be sold for $ 700-800
The MINI PC Aoostar manufacturer has announced its new G-Flip 370 model that presents the powerful AMD Ryzen 9 HX 370 socate with 12 cores (24 wires) and an increase clock of up to 5.1 GHz. It is announced as the “first mini PC AI370 with removable memory” and seeks to challenge what we normally expect from the machines all in one. It is launched to “mid -March”.
Announced in a blog post, the AOOSTAR G-FLIP 370 uses the HX 370 chip, with integrated RDNA 3.5 architecture graphics with the RADEON 890M baked in the silicon. The company states that this new MINI PC can play demanding games such as Black Myth: Wukong with a “70 to 80” cadres speed, while other titles, such as Naraka: Bladepoint and Genshin Impact should reach the 60 fps mark in 1080p.
He states that Radeon 890m should be approximately in line with what could do the 45W RTX 2060M discreet graphics, even promote a 4K production in lower demand launches such as League of Legends (when it connected to an external monitor). With some by calling Radeon 890m the fastest “CGI in the world”, the statements are not completely unfounded, but other sources have cited the performance closer to a GTX 1070 (through the Tom hardware). You can maintain your own RTX 3050m, however, performance is not so consistent (through Hubwood).
This is because the AOOSTAR G-FLIP 370 presents a 580P 5-inch touch screen with an 60Hz update rate that is announced as a “secondary screen”. While advertising suggests using it for system monitoring, it is completely functional as a small monitor that could use for games or media reproduction, provided it is really close to it. This is similar to the old Flipp-Up screens of PS1 in the early 2000s as if you would assemble one by a machine (approximately) the size of a Gamecube Nintendo.
Possibly more interesting than the incorporated exhibition of the G-Flip 370 is the statement of being the “first mini PC AI370 with removable memory”. There are two M.2 PCIE 4.0 slots to which you will have access for storage expansion, as well as DDR5 memory modules that can be changed. The company was clear when you mention the people who were “tired of the LPDDR memory” can “wait for it”, so the machine will have DDR5 sticks dedicated instead of the traditional LPDDR5 of many mini pc in this form of form.
More than just another mini PC with an orderly trick?
The Aoostar G-Flip 370 is an interesting device with a small pleasant footprint and a powerful hardware. While their namesake and USP can point to the screen, it is possible that it is not something that is used so much unless you want to have it as a kind of desktop replacement for the tastes of a steam deck or ASUS ROG Ally X. not necessarily will not necessarily be playing in a machine like this, but the practice of having a high school could be useful for some different things, such as reading the chat information or diagnoses.
At a time when more mini pc are reaching the market, many backed by the Ryzen AI hardware, it is becoming more difficult to stand out. However, the G-Flip 370 certainly does it, possibly more for its ports m.2 and DDR5 RAM than a screwed screen. The price will issue if a machine like this will be given to consumers, and although MSRP has not been provided, some market estimates position it around the $ 700-800 brand. This is consistent with some of the company’s other products, such as the Aoostar Gem12 Pro (maximum configuration) and Aoostar Aoostar GT37).
