The leader of Pakistan Tehreek-E-Insaf (PTI), Barrimer Salman Akram Raja, has refuted the statements made by Barríster Saif regarding Sehri’s denial to Pakistan Tehreek-E-Insaf (PTI), Imran Khan, said Express News.
Speaking to the media outside the Adiala prison on Tuesday, Raja dismissed rumors about Khan’s health, stating that the former prime minister underwent a routine check -up and has good health.
He also rejected accusations that Imran Khan was denied to Suhoor or was prevented from observing religious practices. “There is no truth in the statements made by Barríster Saif,” he said. He added that PTI Sheikh Waqas Akram should ask Saif about the need to make such an irresponsible statement.
Raja emphasized that Khan is in jail for the good of the nation and has no complaints about his party. “We discussed our next action course today, and Imran Khan has issued instructions,” he said.
He also clarified that Choudhry Zaheer Abbas has been appointed Khan’s lawyer for all legal matters related to jail, while some people have tried to improve their political stature through legal practices. He directed that all requests be delivered to Abbas.
Raja concluded by stating that people assigned to Khan’s responsibility should focus on his political duties. He also announced the appointment of Niazullah Niazi as official PTI spokesman, with Bushra Bibi by appointing four focal people to help him with his work.
Raja also went to the opposition alliance, expressing respect for Mauula Fazlur Rehman and stating that Khan had issued certain directives regarding his inclusion in the Alliance, which Raja will communicate.
