- A great leak has revealed Apple Mac plans for the next 18 months.
- It contains data on about 20 Mac MacBooks and Macbooks.
- There are some intriguing surprises nestled inside the escape.
Apple is known for maintaining its next products in a closely expelled secret, but that does not stop the information from filtering from its walls in the form of strength. That has just happened again, and this time a MAC Data Lode of Mac data has apparently emerged from the interior of the company’s laboratories.
This filtration comes from Appleinsider, and the media says it obtained it from “our own data and information shared with us.” It includes records in about 20 of the best Mac that Apple will launch during the next year, giving us a rare advance the company’s future plans.
Apple -mandatory sources shared the product code names and other related information, which Appleinsider has used to rebuild what could be in the menu. In some cases, this takes the simple common sense: Apple plans to update all its MacBooks to the M5 Chips series, for example.
However, there are some interesting things, such as Apple -Men’s statement that an IMAC M5 could be in process, along with a new Mac Pro with an ultra or M5 ultra chip. Both the IMAC and the Mac Pro have spent years without a significant update.
We can also obtain an intriguing detail about M6 Macbook Pro of Apple, which will probably be launched at the end of 2026. Rumors have affirmed that this could come with an extensive hardware review (including an OLED screen), but the supposed identification numbers of the device: K114 and K116, imply that the laptop could retain its current size options.
If the 14 and 16 in K114 and K116 correspond to the screen measurements, that suggests that the M6 MacBook Pro could maintain its current 14 and 16 inches.
Almost 20 new mac in process
Almost all reports in the report device could coincide with existing devices based on previous versions.
For example, the MAC MINI with M4 Pro Chip used the J773S model number, so the new J873S code name in Apple -Merm data probably corresponds to an M5 Pro variant. However, there was a mysterious device that could not be identified, and Appleinsider speculates that it could be the very rumored MacBook driven by Apple A18 chip. Time will say it about that.
In addition to the expected models that we have discussed previously, the Appleinsider report omitted the identifiers of the model for some Mac that would expect to see. While the output discussed the MAC Mini with the M5 Pro chip, for example, it says that it was not reported on the M5 mini of entry level, although it added that this device is surely a dice if the M5 Pro model is also in development.
There are many data to examine in the Appleinsider report, so we have put it in a table below for a simple visualization. We have included planned release dates together with MAC models, although these are only estimates and could change over time. The table only includes devices with identification numbers provided by Appleinsider, so no variants such as the M5 Mac Mini are present.

As all this is simply rumored information, we will have to wait to see how precise it shows. However, much of this is aligned with previous reports, so it might not be completely very broad, which makes it a useful resource if you are thinking of updating your Mac in the near future.
