Perhaps the worst of a heat wave is the interrupted dream. Everyone loves the warm climate when they are sitting in a park with a cold drink and a sun, but it is much less fun at 1 am when you feel as if you were lying inside a volcano.
I have tried and written about many of the best fans in the market, but with which I am dreaming at this time it is the shark turbob. It seems that there is no fan that has seen before: the atmosphere is as if a wind mill and an air purifier had a baby. But in action, it is a cold and thin air machine, and has a characteristic that makes it especially good for sleeping. This fan scored four impressive stars in our shark turboburon review (I did not write that, but I have also tried this model and I can attest to its effectiveness).
The ‘arms’ exploit a concentrated air blade. They can be at angle individually (up / down, left / right) and pivot so that they are sitting next to each other or stacked vertically. Everything is found in a telescopic post, which means that the configuration is also adjustable. Here is the best bit: to sleep, you can place your arms horizontally, at the right height for your bed, and tilt them so that they are pushing a cold air blanket on you while falling asleep. Dreamer.
The turboblade is on the most expensive side, and if you prefer something cheaper, there are many alternatives in the market to choose from. Here are three more of my favorites.
