I love my Nintendo Switch 2, but as many predicted, faces a family challenge: the battery life. It is no way terrible, but I definitely find that it runs out a little faster compared to my Switch Oled (and the original switch before that).
Of course, it presents a battery larger than its predecessors, but that is mainly to take into account the improved performance. Even so, I have not acquired my generational update once.
However, since I travel often and often forget when there is the opportunity, even a slightly diminished hand battery life can be irritating. There are lots of Switch 2 cases in sites like Amazon, and also a wide supply of the best energy banks offered, but given the innate portability of the Switch 2, I feel required to pack my bag with too many loose devices.
That’s where Belkin’s loading case enters Nintendo Switch 2. This bad boy includes a complete 10,000 mAh battery with a screen, and it also comes with its own USB-C charger. I hooked one of the sage houses, and I was washed the anxiety of the battery during the night, but there is much more to love.
First, let’s talk about protection measures. Now, it could be the slightly larger framework in contrast to its always thin profile (or the highest price …), but I have been breastfeeding my Nintendo Switch 2 as a newborn baby for fear that it is damaged, especially when I travel.
Available in three elegant colors (black, sand and sage), Belkin’s load case is well curled up and is made with an external durable polyester housing and an enveloping zipper. I adore the modern wise color, which is a little greener than gray and coincides with my aesthetics largely influenced by the matcha for 2025.
Open the box and find a soft velvety interior, as well as some built -in storage; Namely, a mesh pocket for cables and other accessories (including an Airtag Airtag pocket) and a flat panel with 12 elastic game card holders. In the other half, there is a break to house the battery with a velcro strap to keep it safe, and the switch 2 slots carefully on top of this in a tight bed to keep it tight.
With switch 2 to the trailer, weighs 2.6 lbs / 1.84 kg; A little fleshy, yes, but much more compact than the laundering alternative portable battery. It is also supported by a two -year guarantee, so it is covered on multiple fronts.
All this contributes to a much greater tranquility for me when I am away with my switch 2, either through keeping me loaded and ready to play, protect my case from the damage or offer you the peace of mind that, if you lose, my Apple Airtag can easily help me relocate it.
You can obtain the case of Belkin’s position for $ 69.99 / £ 49.99 / AU $ 99.95, but there is also an available version available for $ 29.99 / £ 17.99 / AU $ 39.95. If you have not yet bought Nintendo’s last hand computer, you can read Nintendo Switch 2 Techradar review here.
