Three martyred soldiers in Mastung Attack: ISPR

Three soldiers of the Pakistan army were martyred when the security forces killed four terrorists affiliated with “Indian power groups” in the Mastung district of Baluchistan, said the military media wing on Wednesday.

According to a statement issued by Public Relations between Services (ISPR), terrorists belonging to the ‘Fitna to the Hindustan’ sponsored by India attacked a vehicle of security forces’ with an improvised explosive device (FDI) in Mastung on the night of August 5 and 6.

As a result of the explosion, three soldiers – Major Muhammad Rizwan Tahir (Age: 31 years, resident of the District of Narkowal), Naik Ibni Amin (Age: 37 years, resident of the Swabi district) and Lance Naik Muhammad Youngas (Age: 33 years, resident of the Karak district) – Shahadat embruity (martyrdom).

Major Rizwan, said the ISPR, was a brave officer who had participated in numerous anti -terrorist operations and constantly led his troops from the front.

In the subsequent disinfection operation, four terrorists sponsored by the Indians were located and sent to hell, said the statement. The ISPR added that the disinfection operation would continue to eliminate any remaining threat in the area.

“Pakistan security forces are still committed to eradicating the threat of terrorism sponsored by the country’s Indians, and the supreme sacrifices of our brave children only strengthen our resolution,” the statement concluded.
