Three staff of the Baluchistan police were killed and another 19 injured on Tuesday when their vehicle was attacked with an improvised explosive device (FDI).
According to Baluchistan government spokesman, Shahid Rind, the incident occurred when the Baluchistan police vehicle was on the way from Kalat. RIND confirmed that among the injured, two are in critical condition and receive medical treatment.
Meanwhile, the security forces rushed to the site, cordoned off the area and launched a search operation.
The authorities confirmed that the bodies of the fallen officers and the injured were transported to nearby hospitals to receive medical treatment and official procedures.
No group has immediately assumed the responsibility of the attack.
