QUETTA:
Three road police officers were injured when an improvised explosive device (FDI) exploded near his vehicle in the Nasirabad district of Baluchistan on Monday.
The explosion occurred when an FDI, planted by unidentified individuals, detonated near the patrol unit, partially damaging the vehicle.
The injured officers were immediately transferred to the Nasirabad District Hospital, where the hospital authorities implemented emergency protocols to guarantee timely medical care.
After the incident, the police cordoned off the area and launched a search operation to track the perpetrators. Detailed investigation is underway.

Baluchistan has witnessed an increase in terrorist activities in recent days. However, the Pakistan army has frustrated numerous attacks and neutralized terrorists backed by the Indians in intelligence -based operations.
Last week, a 16 -year -old boy lost his life and another seven suffered wounds in a terrorist attack in the Mastung district, while two Indian assailants were shot dead during a counter -operation carried out by the security forces.
Baluchistan government spokesman Shahid Rind said that armed men attacked the facilities of the key government, including Tehsil’s office, a local bank and other administrative buildings. They opened indiscriminate fire, killing a teenage student on the spot and leaving at least seven other injured.
Police said the assailants entered the city in the morning and called the government offices and two banks. Frontier Corps Security staff (FC), the Terrorism Department (CTD) and Levies Force responded quickly and hired the attackers in an anti -terrorism operation.

At the beginning of June, the security forces killed two terrorists backed by the Indians and arrested two others during an intelligence -based operation in the Duki district of Baluchistan.
The operation was launched to reports from the presence of Fitna members to the Hindustan, described by the military as an Indian group that operates in the region.
“The security forces effectively compromised the location of the terrorists sponsored by the Indians,” said public relations between services (ISPR) in a statement. “After an intense fire exchange, two terrorists sponsored by the Indians were sent to hell, while two were arrested.”
