Police have caught the bandits a Tiktok influencer of the fishermen men and deliver them to the bandits.
Uroosa Solangi is a popular Tiktoker from the Kashmore district, with most of his followers from Rural areas of Sindh and Punjab.
Using “honey traps”, it attracted many people from Punjab and Sindh to Kashmore, where they were kidnapped. When the police investigated these incidents, they found evidence of the participation of a woman.
According to Kashmore Asp Muhammad Asher, before Kacha’s dacoits used voice filters for honey traps. After analyzing the call records, the police discovered that a woman was working with the famous Bakhsh Ali Shar.
The woman’s mobile remained under constant surveillance. He had allegedly changed his SIM card four times.
Asher said that when analyzing the messaging and calling the four phone numbers of Solangi and the number of “B-Park” members (members of Shar Gang), they managed to track it.
Not Solangi’s criminal activity was found in his Tiktok account. Instead, he supposedly used Facebook and WhatsApp to attract men interested in marriage and invited Kashmore for meetings. There, the Shar gang would capture them and take them to the Kacha area of Sindh.
According to the police officer, Solangi was not directly involved in negotiations or rescue payments in each kidnapping case. However, after the rescue was collected, it received its part.
Kashmore police reported that Solangi was involved in more than a dozen cases of honey trap. A FIR has been registered against him.
When asked how a famous Tiktoker from Sindhi with millions of followers, good income, and no previous criminal history was involved with a dacoits gang, the police said Solangi had been receiving threats from a criminal. He complained to the gang leader, Bakhsh Ali Shar. After just a threatening phone call from Bakhsh Ali Shar, the criminal left her alone, but from then on, he began his friendship with Bakhsh Shar.
