Tom Brady may have only worn the helmets of two different teams in his NFL career, but in his post-game journey, he has become a man of many hats.

Brady is the director of wellness for eMed Population Health, a leading FOX broadcaster and minority owner of the Las Vegas Raiders, among other things.

While appearing on FOX Business’ “Mornings with Maria” on Thursday to discuss his role at eMed, host Maria Bartiromo asked the seven-time Super Bowl champion if he would ever consider becoming the majority owner of an NFL team.

“Great question. I have to work pretty hard. I paid ordinary income taxes for a long time in the NFL,” he said. “And these valuations have become very expensive.”

Brady said he enjoys the roles he currently has and joked that he will no longer be booed when he enters a stadium.

“But I love playing the role I have,” he continued. “I certainly love my role at FOX and broadcasting has been… I could never have imagined the joy I find in being able to get in front of the camera with my great partner Kevin Burkhardt, our entire team, and communicate to all of our fans how amazing the game of football is and how sports bring communities together. I see it every week when I go to these incredible stadiums and it feels so nice to walk into the stadiums and no longer be booed by everyone. There’s more applause than I can give myself account, like, ‘Oh man, maybe they respected it a little more than I thought.’

“So, having this role in broadcasting, being involved in football with the Raiders has been absolutely a dream come true and also making a difference in other people’s lives, trying to share some of the things that are on my mind and that I’ve learned from incredible mentors, trying to inspire through the different people that have come into my life, to communicate the messages that I’ve been able to receive that have helped me live my dream. And I want to do that for others.”
