It’s hard to believe Tom Brady has been out of the NFL for almost two full seasons after building a career that may never be repeated.
Brady went through the difficult decision to retire from the league and go to the other side of the sport in the broadcasting world. He played 23 seasons in the NFL between the New England Patriots and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, finishing with seven Super Bowl titles.
One of his greatest counterparts, Aaron Rodgers, will go through the same mental gymnastics over the next few weeks as his career hangs in the balance. Rodgers played most of his career with the Green Bay Packers, but had stints with the New York Jets and Pittsburgh Steelers. On Monday night, Rodgers’ career may have ended with a playoff loss to the Houston Texans.

Brady, during the opening of Fanatics Studios in Inglewood, California, was asked if he had any advice for the four-time NFL MVP.
“It’s up to everyone to determine what they want their future to look like, and Aaron will have plenty of opportunities in whatever he does after his career,” Brady told Pak Gazette Digital. “But he’s had a tremendous career and whatever he chooses I’ll be happy for him because it’s the right thing for him.”
Brady has become a mainstay in the sports broadcasting world since hanging up his cleats, as he and Kevin Burkhardt are the number one announcing team for FOX NFL games. He heard a lot of criticism his freshman year about his broadcasting skills and whether he could be as good in the booth as he was on the field.

In the second season, sports media experts and fans alike agreed that Brady showed tremendous improvement, highlighted by his analysis of how quarterbacks should throw during windy games.
He spoke about its development with Pak Gazette Digital.
“You know, my mom said that too,” he said with a smile. “You know, it’s been fun getting more comfortable. Like all of us, you start a job and you don’t know what you don’t know and in your first year there’s a lot of learning. And look, this year there’s been a lot of learning for me too. I’m just constantly playing with my preparation.
“But you know what I love? I have the best team at FOX Sports. I have the best bosses. They give us a lot of guidance and support. The number one studio show in America for the last thousand years. Our football broadcast has been kicking…. I have a great team of people that I work with: Kevin Burkhardt, Tom Rinaldi, Erin Andrews. I love working with them. All of our directors, producers, our cameramen, everyone behind the scenes, our graphics teams, we have “The best sports team and I love being a part of it.”
Brady will return to the field playing flag football in Saudi Arabia in March, which will be broadcast on FOX.
