Luce Allen, a senior transgender girl, defeated a first -year biological woman for less than two tenths of a second in a 200 -meter race at a track meeting of the Pennsylvania high school during the weekend.

Allen, from Plymouth-Whitemarsh High School, established a personal record of 25.20 seconds in the race in the American Meet Sun.

Allen now has six victories in the season, even in the 4×400 meters of Liberty Girls in the same match.

Allen’s time would have been the fourth time slower among the 200 -meter male corridors, including preliminary heats. The winning times for children were 21.72 and 21.96 seconds.

According to Athletic.net, Allen has competed against girls since 2023, when Allen was a second year student. No one with the last name “Allen” appeared on the list of boys or girls in 2022, Allen’s first year.

A lawyer read a statement of Allen in a Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania Interest Athletic Association in March, saying that forcing transgender people to compete against those who share a biological genre will harm their development.

“If you eliminate the capacity of trans people to compete with a team that corresponds to their gender, then it will strip them of their opportunity to develop as people,” said Allen, through the philadelphia inquiring. “Trans athletes, like any other high school athlete, are just children who want to compete.”

Allen’s mother, Sarah Hansen, said at that meeting that she and her family have been on a trip for her to make the transition to the girl who has always been, and that Allen competes against the children “would be cruel.”

“My son is a woman in her heart and soul, and according to her medical laboratories,” said Hansen.

“The presence of Luce in the team encourages a spirit of unity, sportsmanship and inclusion,” said coach of the Christopher Jackson team in that same meeting. “They are admired for their courage, work ethics and unwavering commitment to the sport they love.”

Hansen said Allen “is not a man who wants to play against girls, not a predator who wants to find a path in the female locker room, and not a man who is not good enough to be a boy. She is a girl.”

Possibly, the state of Pennsylvania puts biological men who compete against girls and women on the map, when Upenn’s swimmer Lia Thomas, won a National Championship of Division I in 2022.

In the midst of his executive order to keep biological men outside the sports of girls and women, the administration of President Donald Trump began an investigation of the title IX at the Ivy League school.

Schools in Pennsylvania have challenged the order that was signed in February. California, Maine and other states have also ignored the order.
