Travis Barker has apparently come to terms with the fact that his 2-year-old son, Rocky Thirteen, may not directly follow in his footsteps as a drummer.
talking to Us weekly While talking about his love of running, Barker said that Rocky’s musical interests are already clear.
When asked if his son likes to walk, he replied: “As long as he has the guitar in his hand, he’ll be fine.”
“He’s obsessed with music, specifically guitars, and he doesn’t go anywhere without a guitar. He walks through airports holding a guitar,” Barker added.
The musician also admitted that Rocky’s choice prompted him to learn something new.
“Well, he also plays the drums a little bit. But what he did is he challenged me to learn to play the guitar with him so he could teach him,” he also noted.
In conclusion, Barker commented, “And my oldest son, Landon, plays guitar, so it’s something we can all do together.”
