A woman received the surprise of a lifetime when Travis Hunter sat next to her on a plane, except she had no idea who Hunter was.
Hunter, of course, is the bidirectional football star that turned his skills into a Heisman trophy and became the second election of the NFL draft last month.
But, Hunter was on a United Flight last week when he sat next to Sandy Hawkins Comink, who felt flattered by Hunter.

“I had the most wonderful flight home from Denver. I met the most pleasant young man who sat next to me. He offered to put my bag in the upper compartment and helped me with my tray. He was always courteous, saying ‘Yes, Madam’ or ‘No Lady’. Anyone would be proud to have him as a son or grandson, very educated,” Comong said on Hunter in a Facebook post.
At this point, however, combs still had no idea who this stranger was. But then, other passengers began to notice.

“The people who walked said congratulations, a great job or even taking photos. I turned and asked:” Who am I sitting next to? “I looked at his jaguar pants, smile and asked:” Are you an athlete? “He smiled and said: ‘I’m Travis. I already told my children that I want his shirt,” Comong continued.
“It’s so humble and realistic: I would never have guessed that I was a professional athlete. Jacksonville Jags, you did well! I will buy tickets. United Airlines, thank you for my seat task!”

The Jaguars selected Hunter after exchanging from number 5. The Cleveland Browns originally held the second selection, and faced Jacksonville’s first round in the process.
