It was a personal foul, moving the Chiefs, and in the next Snap, Patrick Mahomes ran for a 11 yard tauchdown.

Kelce obtained a little personal revenge on Tart and the Chargers later with a 37 yardas touchdown, but the chargers won the last laugh with their 27-21 victory over the three times AFC reigning champions.
