Ed Kelce has recently relaxed on the real date of Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift’s commitment.
While appearing for an interview in John Kosich of News 5, Travis’s father shared the rare details about the commitment of the Lovbird.
“I was going to postpone it until this week. I think she was becoming a little anxious, but I was going to postpone it until this week, to, you know, do something great, to make it a great special event,” he began by saying.
Remembering the advice he gave to his son, Ed continued: “I said repeatedly, you know, you could do it on the side of the road, do it anywhere that makes it a special event … when you put yourself on your knee and ask you to marry you.”
The Kansas City bosses proposed the Grammy winner 14 times in an enchanted garden surrounded by roses and floral arches, Ed said: “He took it out, they were about to go out to dinner, and he said:” Let’s go out and take a glass of wine “… They left there, and it was when he asked him, and it was beautiful.”
Revealing that the couple shared the news with the families through Facetime, he told the host: “They began to face me, their mother and their people to make sure everyone knew. So, seeing them together is great.”
“I received a facetime call from them, and as soon as I saw the facetime, I saw that it was Travis, and then I saw Taylor there with him, I knew what they were going to say and they, you know, let us know,” Ed added before inscribing the conversation.
