MUZAFFARABAD:
The Revenue Department Unpublished Welfare Association on Wednesday organized a special ceremony to honor Revenue Commissioner (Southern Zone) Syed Anser Ali for his distinguished service and contributions to the department.
The event was attended by officials, staff members and representatives of the Association, who praised Commissioner Ali for his role in strengthening departmental performance, improving revenue growth and promoting staff well-being.
Speakers highlighted his instrumental leadership in improving AJK’s point of sale (POS) billing system. Under his leadership, they saw the system become more transparent, efficient, and widely regarded as a model for other regions. His proactive approach significantly boosted compliance levels and helped the department meet its revenue targets.
