EXCLUSIVE: The administration of President Donald Trump is presenting to California and Governor Gavin Newsom on notice before a controversial athletic postseason meeting that will feature a biologically male trans athlete that competes in the girls category.

The United States Department of Education called Newsom, the California Interest Federation (CIF) and the School of the School of Valley High School during the next meeting and the previous reports that CIF officials made competitors in the postseason event last Saturday, eliminate their “Protect Girls Sports” shirts throughout the day.

“CIF and the apparent breakdown of the Federal Civil Rights Law of the Juraup Valley High School allowing a male athlete to compete in a female athletics in California [Southern Sectional Division 3 Final] This Saturday, and the alleged reprisal against girls who protest this, is indefensible, “said Julie Hartman, a spokeswoman for the Department of Education, Pak Gazette Digital.

The CIF is already under a federal investigation of title IX on the trans inclusion practices of the State.

“The governor of California, Gavin Newsom, who at a surprising moment of moral clarity, recently commented that it was” deeply unfair “that men compete in women’s sports,” Hartman continued. “Where is Governor Newsom now? With or without the governor, the commitment of the Trump Administration Department is unwavering: we will not allow institutions to trample the civil rights of women. OCR’s investigation on CIF continues vigorously.”

The California High School Sports League was one of the first in the Nation to openly announce its challenge of the Executive Order to “keep men out of women’s sports” by President Donald Trump. Now, the State faces increasing disturbances of its own residents on the subject, in addition to federal research.

An athletic athlete from Jurupa Valley High School will compete in the height jump, triple jump and long jump after advancing in the preliminary last Saturday. The athlete occupied a place between 9 in those events, preventing three female athletes from moving forward, while taking first in the triple jump.

The student of Brea Olinda, Julia Teven, 17, is one of the athletes who will face the Trans competitor on Saturday. Teven is also one of the few female athletes who has defeated the Athlete of Jurupa Valley this year, drawing for the first place in the height jump in the preliminary last Saturday, while the Athlete Trans finished eighth.

However, Teven also said that he has seen the trans athlete jump much higher in publications on social networks, and acknowledges that the athlete could still win this Saturday, noting that the final score system is different from the preliminary ones.

“I could beat me, for this he did not, but waiting for him to,” said Teven,

Even so, Teven does not blame the athlete for the problem, blames the institution that allows it.

“I really think it has no harmful intention for girls’ sports. I think it is so, CIF, which allows you to put it in position,” said Teven. “I think genuinely, it is only enabled by the CIF, and is only taking advantage of its chance.”

The Lutheran student of Crean, Reese Hogan, 16, also ended in front of the Trans athlete in height, in fifth place. But it was a different story during the triple jump.

The Athlete Trans dominated the event, winning for more than four feet over the runner -up.

Hogan finished third and would have placed a higher place if not for the trans athlete.

“It’s a bit sad just looking. He is obviously a really talented athlete, we have all seen him jump and things, and I wish him the best of luck, but in a children’s division,” Hogan said. “It is quite obvious the certain advantages it has, and it is obviously sad as a woman to see that.”

The competitors had to wait for a one -hour delay on Saturday to finish the competition after temperatures exceeded more than 100 degrees Fahrenheit, putting the meeting in a delay in heat danger.

The heated nature of the event extended to the temperatures of the spectators.

The meeting was eclipsed by controversy and protest, since activists held a live press conference that saw students, parents and even public education officials hit the CIF and the state government for allowing what was happening that day.

The CIF has recognized that its officials made the athletes in the meeting remove the “Protect Girls Sports” shirts that they used in protest, claiming that it was due to the standard clothing policy.

“According to the Playoffs Bulletin of the Southern CIF section, all athletes must be dressed in adequate school monitoring uniforms. Athletes were asked to comply with this while they were in the event area in the field, since they wore such shirts on their uniform issued by the school,” said the CIF in a statement.

However, the witnesses claim that officials did not give the same orders to athletes who use equipment issued by the school that did not include the message “Protect Girls Sports”.

Footage on social networks It shows some spectators singing “That is a child!” In the athlete. But Hogan and his Lutheran student of Crean, Olivia Viola, told Pak Gazette Digital that other fans only encouraged the Trans athlete during the event while remaining silent for female competitors.

“I know it was, really, really divided, specifically, like when I was jumping, and it was as if you could see it visibly, almost as if it felt as if half of the stadium were, as, against it. And then there was a small piece of people who here, I liked them very strong for everything he did,” Viola said.

“It was simply upset for me. It was a bit sad to hear people encouraging stronger for the biological man who competed in a women’s sport than women who compete in women’s sports. That part was a bit, that part sadded me.”

Viola, who will also compete against the Trans athlete on Saturday, added that he also blames CIF for hostile and conflicting crowds in the meeting.

“I think it is 100% in people with authority that are allowing it to happen and not him, not this athlete. I do not want the protests to turn against this athlete, I want to become and I think that most of us want to become against people in the authority and adults who need to defend us and CIF,” Viola said.

Some public institutions in California are already standing, including Hogan and Viola’s School.

Three Christian schools in California have spoken against CIF about the situation. Jserra Catholic High School, Orange Lutheran High School and create Lutheran High School sent a joint letter to the CIF last week, calling the problem that has exploded for religious schools this athletic season.

“The gender identity policy of CIF also encourages an environment that is increasing “,”, “,”. The letter read.

The dissemination director of the California Family Council told Pak Gazette Digital that parents plan to protest in the final of the South section.

“As a former CIF athlete and University in California, I am more than grateful and encouraged to finally see an administration that is boldly defending girls. The will of the Trump administration to call the injustice that occurs in CIF and Jurupa High School is exactly what female athletes in this state have been waiting for,” Lorey said.

California Girl opens to the fight of the legal and political battle on trans athletes after the pain that changes life

The Unified School District of Jurupa provided a statement to FOX News Digital responding to the declaration of the Department of Education, defending its continuum authorization of biological men in girls’ sports.

“Jusd continues to follow California’s law and CIF policy regarding school athletics. Both state law and CIF policy current The federal laws of the declaration “, federal laws”, federal laws “, federal laws”, federal laws “, federal laws”, federal laws “, federal laws”.

California has been a mined field of controversial incidents that involve the inclusion of trans athletes in girls and women’s sports for more than a year, which has included multiple incidents that involve volleyball equipment, female basketball equipment and cross country.

Some of the incidents have even caused loss and even demands.

Newsom addressed the issue during an episode of its podcast in early March.

“Well, I think it’s a problem of justice,” Newsom told the influential conservative Charlie Kirk. “I completely agree with you. It is deeply unfair.

“So it is easy to call the injustice of that. There is also a humility and a grace … it is more likely that these poor people commit suicide, have anxiety and depression, and the way in which people speak with vulnerable communities is a problem with which I also have difficulties.

“So, both things that I can hold in my hand. How can we address this problem with the type of decency that I think you know is inherent in you, but not always expressed on the subject?

“The question that is asking is the question we have been asking for months and I have not been able to answer. What is that line? How can this do this? To the extent that I have not been able to solve it, and I am as transparent about this as anyone, especially in my part about this. To the extent that someone can and do it in a respectful and responsible way and could find the type of balance, then I am open to that discussion.” “

Pak Gazette Digital communicated with the Newsom office and the CIF to comment.
