Trump offers Tiger Woods his condolences after the death of the golfer’s mother


President Donald Trump reacted to the death of Tiger Woods’s mother, Kultida, Tuesday.

President Truth Social’s statement was published a few minutes after the legendary golfer announced the death of his 78 -year -old mother.

“They informed me that Tiger Woods’s wonderful mother, Kultida, died, has gone to the greatest streets!” Trump wrote in a publication. “Kultida Woods was an incredible influence on Tiger, and gave him a lot of his strength and brilliance. Melania and I sent our love and prayers to Tiger and his incredible family!”

Trump honored Woods with the presidential medal of Libertad during his first team. Kultida Woods was in the White House for that ceremony.

Woods made the announcement about his mother’s death in a position in X.

“With the sincere sadness that I want to share that my dear mother, Kultida Woods, died early this morning,” Woods wrote. “My mother was a force of our own nature, her spirit was simply undeniable. It was fast with the needle and a laugh. He was my greatest fan, greatest supporter, without her, none of my personal achievements would have been possible. He was loved by many , but especially for their two grandchildren, Sam and Charlie.

“Thank you all for your support, prayers and privacy at this difficult time for me and my family. I love you mom.”

Tiger was the only child of Kultida and Earl Woods together. Tiger has some media brothers in his father’s first marriage. Kultida met Earl while he was on the army in Thailand. She was of Thai, China and Dutch ancestry.

ESPN said Tiger, whose real name is Eldrick, bears the name of his mother and father. The name Eldrick began with an E, in honor of Earl, and ended with a K, in honor of Kultida.
