The State of Maine has continued to go against the executive order of President Donald Trump to keep biological men out of girls and women’s sports.

The return to height has been very publicized and has even included a war of words between Trump and the governor of Maine Janet Mills.

The Department of Education also launched an investigation of the Title IX on the State, while the Department of Agriculture froze federal funds, a decision that was reversed by a federal judge.

The state of Maine withdrew his lawsuit against Trump once the funds were not frozen, but it seems that there is still no clear resolution. And Senator Tommy Tuberville, R-an.

Tuberville appeared in “Don’t @ me with da dakich” of outkick and asked if there is any impact for the states that challenge the order.

“Well, if it is an entity financed by the federal government, it is like that. And, of course, this governor of Maine, who is a complete idiot, is fighting against the president of the United States,” Tuberville said. “He told him that you cannot use federal funds, ‘Oh, yes, we are going to do that anyway, we don’t care what you say, you are not the boss.’ Yes, he is the president of the United States.

“We hate it for athletes up there, we hate it for children who really want to get an education but making them injured. And as I said before, there are whole teams throughout the country that are female teams that are made of transgender children, whole track teams. It is a disaster and it is accelerating the speed.”

Tuberville added that there was not much to do Trump due to state financing, but tear the governors “awakened.”

“These governors need to stand up and grow and defend women in this country, but they are not going to do it. They are so awakened that they are so exaggerated with all these nonsense that, ‘Oh, yes, we have to be pleasant for everyone.’ How about being kind to women for once?

The United States Department of Justice announced a lawsuit on April 16 against the State of Maine for its continuous challenge to Trump’s executive order to keep biological men out of the sports of girls and women and alleged violations of Title IX.

The Department of Justice accused the State of “the Federal Law against Federal Discrimination by enforcing the policies that require girls to compete against boys in athletic competitions designated exclusively for girls,” according to a complaint obtained by Pak Gazette.
