India players need to block the noise while preparing to face the Pakistan rivals in the Asia Cup in the middle of controversy over their previous shock, Captain Suryakumar Yadav said on Saturday.

The eight team tournament has been dominated by the headlines about the first meetings of Pakistan and India in the field from the military conflict between neighbors with nuclear weapons in May of this year.

India prevailed in Group A’s game with political burden last week, but his players refused to shake hands with his opponents of Pakistan after the game.

Southumumar dedicated the victory of seven Wickt from India to its Armed Forces, while several of their teammates turned to social networks to express similar thoughts.

Pakistan’s Cricket Board (PCB) requested the immediate elimination of the Match Andy Pycroft referee for a violation of the code of conduct and considered retiring from the tournament before moving forward with the Eau Match after the referee offered apologies.

Naqvi, flanked by former President Ramiz Raja and Najam Sethi, told the Gaddafi stadium journalists that the referee based in Zimbabwe Andy Pycroft had formally apologized with the national captain Salman Ali Agha, the coach and the team manager, recognizing the concerns generated on the side.

With the controversy that probably rumbles in the preparation for Sunday’s clash, Suryakumar offered some forceful tips for teammates fighting to deal with external pressure.

“Close your room, turn off your phone and sleep. I think it’s the best. It’s easy to say, but sometimes it’s difficult,” he told reporters. “It is in you, what you want to hear, what you want to have in your mind.

“I have been very clear with all the boys. I think it is very important if you want to do well in this tournament and in the future. We will have to close a lot of noise from the outside and take the good for you.”

Despite the triumph of India in its previous encounter, Suryakumar insisted that the past results would not count at all when the rivals are again in the Super Four party.

“I feel that our preparation has been very good leading to the tournament. We have also had three good games, so we are actually focusing on what we can do better,” he added.

“We want to follow all the good habits we have been doing in the last two or three games. We take a game at a time. It does not give us an advantage that we have played once, and we had a good game. We have to start from scratch.”

When asked about historical rivalry, which was much more intense in the 2000s, he said: “At that time, I don’t know. I have never played. So I can’t say,” he laughed.

“If we talk about rivalry, I don’t know what kind of rivalry you are talking about. After going to the ground, I feel that the stadium is full. And when the stadium is full, I tell my team and all that it is time for entertainment. Many people have come to see the game, so you have to entertain everyone. Play a good Cricket brand.

Another question asked suryakumar about the ‘other things’ that India did against Pakistan, not explicitly mentioning the handshakes, and he simply said: ‘For other things, you mean we play well, right?’
