The injured security personnel have been shifted to the district headquarters (DHQ) hospital.
Two explosions occurred near a police checkpoint in Hangu, Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa. Superintendent of Police Operations Asad Zubair and two police officers were killed in the blast, police confirmed.

According to sources, the first blast took place near the check post and when late SP Asad Zubair was on his way to the spot, a second explosion occurred.
